Entering his 14th year as a distinguished Post 701 outfielder, Scott is the all-time Post 701 leader in average (.457), hits (223) and runs scored (177). So impressive are his numbers that the next Post leader in hits, Matt Beck, is 29 hits behind him. Scott's numbers are truly amazing as his 6 time .600+ on base average and 5 time .550+ batting average will attest. Despite chronic back problems, Scott continues to track them down in the outfield giving the 701ers one of the best outfields in the Class AA league.

Brennan again enjoyed an exceptional year in 2009 batting .469 with 10 runs scored and striking out only once in 35 at bats. Over his 13 year career, Scott averages 17.2 hits per year and 13.6 runs scored as he continues to hit and show the form that has made him one of the best 701ers to every don a uniform.
